HouseCanary only covers the residential real estate market in the United States, with a particular focus on single family real estate. While we do have coverage on multi-family properties that are 4 units or less, we generally have much more sparse coverage for large multi-family properties.
We do not cover any international markets (including Canada) and do not cover commercial properties.
