When you request to cancel an order for a BPO, inspection report, or Agile Evaluation, an immediate notification is sent to our partners that perform the onsite work on our behalf. Once confirmation of the cancellation has been received, you will be notified by email.
If your cancellation request is received before processing begins, you will not be charged. In the event you request a cancellation after your order is in processing, a fee may be assessed to compensate the inspector for the work already completed.
Please note that this is specific only to reports ordered through Order Manager where a physical, onsite inspection occurs.
