Order Cancellation

When you request to cancel an order, an immediate notification is sent to our partners. Once confirmation of the cancellation has been received, you will be notified by email.

If your cancellation request is received before processing begins, you will not be charged. In the event you request a cancellation after your order is in processing, a fee may be assessed to compensate the inspector/appraiser for the work already completed.
