Appraiser - Workfile Submission Exporting Attachements

The final section, Appraisal Summary, is broken down into 3 different sub-sections:

• Profile
• Preview
• Submit

After completing your Appraisal and adding your signature, you will be able to view your completed report and all HouseCanary generated addendums.

Submission

Before submitting your Report, you can verify the final document by clicking the PDF Thumbnail

When you've verified your report is correct, Click 'Download' to get your report and workfile.

In the downloaded file, you will find the following:

• 1004 URAR PDF
• MISMO file
• Other supporting documents such as the farm list you used.

Your report will move to the 'Completed' tab on the Dashboard and can be accessed at any time.
