When drawing, ensure the toggle 
is on the correct boundaries you are drawing.
- Neighborhood: the lines drawn will be yellow. If they are not yellow, make sure to click on the 'Neighborhood' toggle. This is required. The 'Save' button will be greyed out until your Neighborhood is drawn.
- Market Area: the lines drawn will be blue. If they are not blue, make sure to click on the 'Similar Market Area' toggle. This is optional.
