How is your Comparable Value calculated?
Each comparable sales price is adjusted to more similarly match the subject property. The comparable property's sale price is adjusted using a variety of variables such as Building Area, Home Age, Beds, Baths, Lot Size, Pool, Basement, and more.
For example, if the subject and comparable property are identical in all aspects except the comparable property has 1 less bedroom, then our model will add on the value of one more bedroom.
