Appraiser - Applying Template to Property Details

Templates allow you to save time by quickly filling in sections and values that you enter repeatedly. In Appraiser you can apply multiple templates to the same report.

For example, you can create specific templates to be used for lenders, AMCs or loan types (FHA vs Fannie Mae)

You can use templates to complete the following sections within Property Details:

• Subject
• Neighborhood
• Site
• Improvements
• 1004MC
• Additional Property Attributes
• Extra Adjustments

To Apply a template, click the Apply Template button, then select the template you created.

** Before applying a template, ensure you have created one in the templates section of Appraiser.
