Appraiser - Creating a Template

Templates can be created to pre-fill any of the following sub-sections in the Property Details section:

• Subject
• Neighborhood
• Site
• Improvements
• 1004MC
• Additional Property Attributes
• Extra Adjustments

Additionally, you can use Templates to select a specific form.

To create a template:

1. Navigate to the Templates section by clicking the user menu and selecting Templates
2. Click 'New Template
3. Complete the fields you wish to have populated when you use your template
4. Provide a Template name & Description
5. Click close to save
