To help you avoid data entry, we have contracts with many MLS' for direct access to their REITs feeds. After completing your HouseCanary sign up, you will be asked for your MLS credentials to validate that you are an active member. This will allow you to access your MLS data from within Appraiser.
To add your MLS after you've setup your account, please do the following:
From the dashboard, select your name in the menu on the top right
Select Account
Scroll down to MLS Member Info
MLS not available through HouseCanary
If your MLS is not listed, you can still import your data by utilizing our Databridge feature, which prompts you to upload an excel spreadsheet from your MLS. Once imported, your data will populate throughout Appraiser as if your MLS were already connected.
