To analyze home values in non-disclosure states, we take into account MLS listing data. This means we take the MLS listings data and extrapolate it to get as close to the true sales values as possible. Some final sales values are listed on the MLS and we are able to adjust our algorithms accordingly.
We have found that after third-party testing, our accuracy is within +/- 4% of actual home sales.
