Map Layers
Map layers allow you to overlay a variety of data over the the subject properties neighborhood. This additional perspective allows you to better understand, underwrite and analyze the neighborhood.

Currently, 5 layers are available:

• $/SQFT
• Historical Price Growth
• Median Price
• School Grades
• Census Tract

One layer may be selecting at a time which will display color coded averages for the given trend. These can be seen by the red, yellow and green outlines above the selected trend and shown on the map itself.
