When you place an order, we'll run the address(es) through our checks and email you if there are any issues.
There are two types of issues:
- Errors - addresses with errors cannot be placed into the order. They are automatically excluded and we will display the reason why (example: If ordering a value report: not enough data to generate a report).
- You will be unable to select the checkbox for these addresses
- Warnings - addresses with warnings can be placed into the order. We will flag addresses with the potential for issues, and they will require a manual review before being added to the order. These are more like 'Are you sure?' flags (example: Product for the same address was ordered less than 30 days ago)

|Report Unavailable||Report cannot be generated due to lack of data available.||
|Low Confidence AVM||High uncertainty in the AVM accuracy for this property.||
Review address to ensure it is correct. It can be issues such as:
|Invalid Address||Missing zipcode or city/state.||
|Review Corrected Address||HouseCanary corrected user-inputted address and ask to be reviewed.||
|Rural||Property identified as rural. Possible delays.||
|Unsupported Property Type||Only Single Family and Condos are supported. If property identified as other types, it'll be flagged for review.||
|Sparse Data||If GLA, Beds, Baths, Lot Size is missing from both MLS or public record - Appraiser may need to look at other sources and maybe delayed||
|Atypical Property||If no AVM is available, flag it.||
