Yes! We allow Organization Administratrators (also known as "Org Admins") to run detailed usage reports for their organization. When a report is run, a csv will be created that includes detailed information about usage that has been incurred.
The export will include detailed information about usage events, including:
the e-mail address of the user that generated the usage
a column that identifies the specific HouseCanary product related to the usage
the specific endpoint (if applicable) related to the usage
the full address (if applicable) related to the usage
In order to run usage reports, use the following instructions:
Navigate to the “Usage Queries” section of the HouseCanary Platform.
Click the "Create New Query" button.
When the “Create New Query” dialog opens, the only required inputs are the “From” date and the “To” date. All other fields are optional.
The “From” date is Inclusive (meaning it includes usage incurred on that date) and the “To” date is Exclusive (meaning it does not include usage on that date).
As an example, if you wanted to pull usage for December 2024, you would make the “From” date 12/1/24 and the “To” date 1/1/25
Wait for the “Status” column to change from “In Progress” to “Complete”. Once complete, click the “Download” icon and you are done!
All usage is reported in the UTC timezone and will match month-end invoices, as applicable.
