Forgot Password:

If you forgot your password or are having trouble logging in to your HouseCanary Account, you can use the "Forgot Password" option by visiting the HouseCanary Platform Login page.

Click "Forgot Password" and you'll be prompted to enter your e-mail address. Please ensure that you put in the same e-mail address as the one that is registered with HouseCanary, otherwise you will not be able to reset your password.

Once you click "Submit", you'll receive an email from HouseCanary with the title "Password Reset Requested". Once you click the "Reset Password" button, you will be taken to HouseCanary's platform and can reset your password. Please note that the link expires 15 minutes after being requested.
