At the bottom of the Comps section you will find a subsection for entering an Inventory Analysis. We will automatically calculate this based on the Neighborhood boundaries you defined.

The 'Calculate' button will only work after drawing your Neighborhood boundaries. If you modify your neighborhood boundaries, you will need to click 'Calculate' again.

Select and expand this subsection by tapping it on your iPad screen, or by clicking the "+" sign on the righthand side of the "Prior Sale Information" button.
