Data Importer - Sample File

For the Databridge feature to be utilized, it is important that your excel file be formatted correctly.

For our system to important your information correctly, please see the following field requirements:

Property Type

The values listed in the Property Type column must be one of the following:

• SFR
• Townhouse
• Condo
• Duplex
• Rowhouse

The values listed in the Status column must be one of the following:

• Active
• Pending
• Contract
• SettledSale

The values listed in the Ownership column must be one of the following:

• Leasehold
• Fee Simple

Listing #
All cells in the Listing # column must be formatted as Text. Automatic or Numeric cell formats will delete numbers that begin with 0.

Street Number
All cells in the Street # column must be formatted as Text

Zip Code
All cells in the Zip Code column must be formatted as Text. Automatic or Numeric cell formats will delete numbers that begin with 0.

Geo Lat (location latitude)
All cells in the Geo Lat column must be formatted as Numeric, between -90 and 90.

Geo Lon (location longitude)
All cells in the Geo Lon column must be formatted as Numeric, between -180 and 180.

Year Built
All cells in the Year Built column must be formatted as Numeric.

Pool
All cells in the Pool column must be formatted as Boolean, and listed as either True or False.

The following columns must be formatted as Date Field:

• Sold Date
• List Date
