When selecting comps, you have the option to make revisions by tapping the Choose Comps button. You will then be presented with two options for displaying the selected comps: Available and Selected.
Switch between Available and Selected sales to check bracketing & narrow down comps
Search for specific comps & parameters by sorting columns by tapping the name of the column you wish to sort the data by
You can select a property to be used as a comparable by tapping the checkbox to its left
Access MLS data by scrolling to the right
