Order Manager - Address Errors and Warnings

Updated over 10 months ago

Address Review

When you place an order, we'll run the address(es) through our checks and email you if there are any issues.

There are two types of issues:

  1. Errors - Addresses with errors cannot be placed into the order. They are automatically excluded and we will display the reason why (example: If ordering a value report: not enough data to generate a report).

    • You will be unable to select the checkbox for these addresses

  2. Warnings - Addresses with warnings can be placed into the order. We will flag addresses with the potential for issues, and they will require a manual review before being added to the order. These are more like 'Are you sure?' flags (example: Product for the same address was ordered less than 30 days ago)

For a full list of errors and their descriptions, please refer to the Order Manager documentation located here:https://order-manager-api.housecanary.com/docs/client-api.html#errors. These errors will be visible in the Order Manager application as well as via API, depending on how you are placing and retrieving orders.
