AVM values are typically updated on the last business day of the month for all properties. In certain cases, if there is a new listing event for a particular property between monthly AVM updates, the value is updated shortly after the new listing event occurs.

When AVM values are updated on a monthly basis, we will post an update to our Status page indicating that the monthly refresh has been completed. In order to be proactively alerted to this update, we encourage all of our clients to subscribe to our status updates to receive timely updates related to our monthly AVM updates (as well as any other incidents that impact HouseCanary applications).
