Reading your report
Your Property Explorer PDF report reflects your selections and comments. The sections in a standard Property Explorer value report PDF include:
Executive Summary - a summary of property details, its value, and forecasted value
Comments* - your comments
Recent Similar Comparables (0-1 year) - comp table for properties with activity within the last year
Active Listings - comp table for currently listed properties
Historical Similar Comparables (0-4 years) - comp table for properties with older market activity
Nearby Properties - graphs comparing subject property to attributes typical of the neighborhood
Market Analysis - graphs visualizing market trends and key market indicators
Main Photo - if available, we include the newest image with a front view of the property
Glossary, Data Sources, and Disclaimer - definitions, data sources, and standard legal disclaimer
