Visualize market information with heat maps
Using the heat maps gives you a visual view of neighborhood data. Click the icons to alternate between map layers.

Each icon generates a neighborhood heat map with context about the local market. Using map layers in property search view and sales comp selection view, you’ll see:

  • Average price for the block

  • Historical price growth for the block

  • Price per square foot for the block

  • School district name and rating information based on test scores

  • Census tract boundaries

The map in rental comp selection view includes the following heat map layers:

  • Average price for the block

  • School district and rating information

  • Rental yield

You can click the "Map Layers" icon at the bottom right

to hide the layer selectors and expand the map. Click the icon again to reveal the heat map layer selectors.

Zoom in, zoom out, and recenter the map

You can zoom in and out using the plus and minus icon at the top right corner

You can also zoom in by double-clicking, and zoom out by pressing down the shift key while double-clicking. To recenter the map, click and drag your cursor.
