** There are two views: the List View and Graph View.
List View
While in List View, you can see additional MLS data, the adjusted value and re-order your comps.
Image Legend
Bracketing: if there is at least one comp above and one comp below the subject, we will show a green checkmark.
Distance from the Subject

Adjusted Comp value (HouseCanary's AVM)
The order your comps are listed will be how they show on the Adjustment Grid.

While in Graph View, you can review how your comps compare to the subject property in total price and price/sq. ft.
